MEA Convention – Fall 2025

IMPORTANT: Please read before registering

• Online registration for the MEA state conventions will be done online only. This will be done through the MEA website and credit card information will be required to pay for all registration charges.
• To utilize our tax-exempt status, all fees will be received by our Corporate Secretary and paid to the hotel. This will save everyone’s tax fees.
• Dates for our special rates are October 2, 3, and 4, 2025. If you want lodging dates before or after these dates, individuals must call the hotel themselves and make those arrangements. With that, those additional room rates will be determined by the hotel and taxes will apply.
• Cancellation information is supplied within the on-line registration form. Please review those requirements.
